Warm Gentle Slow Flow Vinyasa

Warm Vinyasa Flow is often taught here as a Gentle Hatha flow. This therapeutic multi level hatha yoga is a practice that integrates classical yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation.
Postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.

The room is warm, temperature between 88-92 degrees.
All levels are welcome.
