Prerequisite required:
A certification for traditional mat Pilates, reformer Pilates or a Yoga certification of a minimum of 100 hours.

Learn to safely and effectively teach Hot Hiit Pilates and Hot Pilates with weights classes.

Anatomy & Physiology
Lifestyle, Nutrition basics, Hydration & Ethics
Teaching Methodology, Techniques, Training, Practice & Practicum
Breathwork and the nervous system
Principles of Pilates and Hiit
Strength training, dumbbell exercises & safety with weights
Creating a class & teaching techniques
Teaching labs, posture clinics & mock classes

Hot Spot Yoga STA Member or pay in full Discount Pricing: $2,000

Non Member or Payment Plan Pricing: $2,500

Training course does not include access to all Hot Spot Yoga studio classes. Training course will only include the classes during the weekend dates of the training course.

This will be an intimate and small training. Space is limited.

Hot Spot Yoga Teacher Training programs do not guarantee a hired teaching position with Hot Spot Yoga after completion of the certification course. Applying for a teaching position is a separate process once you are a certified instructor.

7:30am to 8:30am meet for introduction & material pick up

Hot Pilates class 9am to 10am
Hot Vinyasa class 11am to 12pm
Lunch 12pm to 1pm
Lectures & Labs 1pm to 7pm

Sundays 9am to 4pm:
Two Weekends of Rotation 1:
Hot 26&2 Yoga 9am to 10:30am
Hot Pilates 11am to 12pm
Lunch 12pm to 1pm
Lectures & Labs 1pm to 4pm

Sundays 9am to 4pm:
Two weekends of Rotation 2:
Exams 9am to 10:30am
Hot Pilates 11am to 12pm
Lunch 12pm to 1pm

Intensive weekends of the following five Saturday & Sunday Dates:
Week 1: April 18th & 19th 2026
Week 2: May 2nd & 3rd 2026
Week 3: May 30th & 31st 2026
Week 4: June 27th & 28th 2026
Week 9: September 12th & 13th 2026 (Mock classes & Final Exam)

Must attend 12 additional Hot Pilates classes with Miranda.
All 12 classes must be completed before September 12th 2026.
(Suggested attendance dates below are not required dates, trainees can get approval to attend classes at different dates & times for their additional 12 class hours.)

What if I need to miss a class, day or weekend?
We encourage full participation during the set training dates and times, but we are open to working with trainees on substituting out class hours or allowing for a makeup weekend to make up any missed hours. Lectures & full makeup weekends will be subject to an additional weekend fee.
We will work with trainees to complete their training hours.
