Prerequisite required:
A certification for traditional mat Pilates, reformer Pilates or a Yoga certification of a minimum of 100 hours.

Learn to safely and effectively teach Hot Hiit Pilates and Hot Pilates with weights classes.

Anatomy & Physiology
Lifestyle, Nutrition basics, Hydration & Ethics
Teaching Methodology, Techniques, Training, Practice & Practicum
Breathwork and the nervous system
Principles of Pilates and Hiit
Strength training, dumbbell exercises & safety with weights
Creating a class & teaching techniques
Teaching labs, posture clinics & mock classes

​Training course does not include access to all Hot Spot Yoga studio classes. Training course will only include the classes during the weekend dates of the training course.

Hot Spot Yoga Teacher Training programs do not guarantee a hired teaching position with Hot Spot Yoga after completion of the certification course. Applying for a teaching position is a separate process once you are a certified instructor.

What if I need to miss a class, day or weekend?
We encourage full participation during the set training dates and times, but we are open to working with trainees on substituting out class hours or allowing for a makeup weekend to make up any missed hours. Lectures & full makeup weekends will be subject to an additional weekend fee.
We will work with trainees to complete their training hours.
