We are an Eco-Friendly, Yoga studio offering Therapeutic, All Level, Heated & non heated Yoga & Hot Pilates classes in a friendly, community driven environment.
 

We offer heated and non heated class types. 

We are located near the Dondanville Beach Access Ramp in St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

Our Yoga Room has:
 

• Special Yoga Flooring! It's soft and easy to clean.
  This floor absorbs impact, so it is easy on your joints. 
  (antimicrobial and anti-fungal too!)
  You will love practicing on these amazing floors.
   

• Real Accent Brick Wall (this room looks and smells amazing)
   

• Bar along the back wall, available for all classes. Use it if you need assistance getting up off the floor, or when balancing. 
   

• Two walls of Full Length Mirrors, perfect for seeing your alignment in class. 
   

• Plenty of Natural Lighting from all the beautiful windows!
   

• Air ventilation system. Keeping clean fresh air in the room.
   

• Infrared radiant heat panels for Hot classes. We have state of the art heating, so Hot classes are actually Hot and therapeutic.
   

• Surround Sound System! Perfect for balancing out the music evenly throughout the room.
  (During our Hot Pilates classes it gets so fun and loud)
   

• Lots of room! We can fit three rows of mats, spaciously in our large Yoga room. 
   

• Plenty of props for classes: Weights, Blocks, Bolsters and Straps. 
   

• Shower amenities available for student use. We have two shower stalls with Hot water, available for use before & after classes.
