We are an Eco-Friendly, Yoga studio offering Therapeutic, All Level Yoga classes in a friendly, community driven environment.
 

We offer heated and non heated class types. 

We are located near the Dondanville Beach Access Ramp in St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

  (Naturally antimicrobial and anti-fungal)
   

• Cedar walls (this room looks and smells amazing)

• Infrared radiant heat panels for Hot classes
