Hot Pilates
(aka: Inferno Hot Pilates, PyroPilates, Hot Hiit)

Hot Hiit Pilates is a low impact training system that combines Pilates based deep core strengthening along with cardiovascular high intensity interval training for a challenging, intense, fun workout that increases strength, stamina, flexibility and quality of life.
Join us for this fun, challenging, full body, low impact, class. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a heated room (temperature between 94 to 96 degrees) with energetic music.
Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.
Designed for all fitness levels.
Pilates classes are included in your membership and is the perfect compliment to your Yoga practice!
Classes may vary, some classes incorporate props and weights and others don't.

We have weight sizes from 1lb to 15lbs, making weight classes available for all levels.
All levels are welcome!
