PyroPilates is a low impact training system that combines Pilates based deep core strengthening along with cardiovascular high intensity interval training for a challenging, intense, fun workout that increases strength, stamina, flexibility and quality of life.
Join us for this fun, challenging, full body, low impact, class. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a heated room (temperature between 90 to 95 degrees) with energetic music.
