Hot Pilates
(aka: Inferno Hot Pilates, PyroPilates, Hot Hiit)

Hot Hiit Pilates is a low impact training system that combines Pilates based deep core strengthening along with bodyweight exercises and cardiovascular high intensity interval training for a challenging, fun workout that increases strength, stamina, flexibility and quality of life.
Join us for this fun, challenging, full body, low impact, class. Performed on a yoga mat & towel in a heated room (temperature between 94 to 96 degrees) with energetic music.
Hot Pilates is an amazing workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.
Designed for all fitness levels.
Great for both men and women looking to improve endurance, build lean muscles, improve strength, improve mobility, see results, detox and have fun doing it!
Each day the workout is a bit different with a rotation of different exercises. See our Pilates schedule online to see the daily class focus and what props we will use.
Some days we don't use any props and other days we incorporate blocks and resistance bands into the exercises.
Props are always optional!
We also offer Hot Pilates weighted classes on our schedule.
These classes we incorporate dumbbell weights into part of the class for strength training.
We have weight sizes from 1lb to 15lbs, making weight classes available for all levels.
All levels are welcome!
Modifications and alternative exercise options are given in class so you can choose the exercise option that is best for you.
As always, you can take class at your own pace.
Hot Pilates classes are included in your membership and is the perfect compliment to your Yoga practice.
